What is the AEC Resource Guide?

The AEC Resource guide is a password protected site that allows members of the AEC to store and review information about speakers, hotels, convention centers, ground operators, and consultants.

Signing In

It is important to be signed in to access the AEC Resource Guide. You can sign in by going to the Login Page. If you forget your password, you can use the link on the right of the login page to set a new password.

Q: Why can't NAW staff send me my password?
Our new website comes with increased security features. One of those features is that all passwords are encrypted. If you have forgotten your password, the only way to recover it is to use the password recovery link on the login page.

Adding a new record

If you cannot find a record in the database for the person or service you wish to review, you will need to click on the link at the top of each section titled Add New ****

Adding a new record is a two-step process. In step one, you fill in the biographical information about the record (name, address, company, etc). After you submit this information, you will be taken automatically to step two where you will enter your review information.

Note: Always check to make sure the record you are entering does not already exist.

Editing the biographical information for a record

To edit the name, address, city, etc for a record, simply find the record and click on the edit ***** link to the right of the record.

Adding a review to an existing record

Find the record that you would like to add a review to, simply click on add next to the star ratings to add an additional review.

Editing a review to an existing record

Find the record that you added, and simply click on the edit review link.

Search

At any time you may search all the records or reviews by keyword by clicking on the "Search" tab. You may also optionally search the speakers and consultants by subject area.
